Grades 3rd and above - Basketball Skills + Sports Performance - "COMPETITIVE" SKILLS MEMBERSHIP


Youth athletes starting in 3rd grade and above can participate up to TWO professionally coached sessions.  Including a 90 minute Basketball Skills Session (Mondays) and a 60 minute Sports Performance Session (Wednesdays).  Sessions are designed to improve overall athleticism and as a result speed up the uptake of the basketball skills session. 

Grades 3rd and above - Basketball Skills  + Team - "Recreational " TEAM MEMBERSHIP


Youth athletes starting in 3rd grade and above can participate up to TWO professionally coached basketball sessions and participate in professionally coached games.  First session is a Basketball Skills Session on Monday nights (lasting 90 minutes each) designed to improve individual skills.   The second session is a Team Practice that takes place on Wednesday nights (lasting 60 minutes) designed to improve basketball IQ and learn team concepts including motion offense, press break, transition offense, just to name a few.

Basketball Academy
Basketball is a fast paced, running and jumping sport that requires athletes to have a unique set of performance factors to achieve high levels of success. Explosive Power, First Step Quickness, Speed, Strength, Agility, Balance, Flexibility, Coordination, Reaction, Stability, and Specific Conditioning. Developing these physical abilities leads to improvements in basketball specific skills such as shooting range and accuracy, jumping and rebounding, lateral agility and defense.
Grades K - 12th  -  Basketball Skills -  SKILLS MEMBERSHIP

Youth athletes in grades K - 12th can participate up to once per week  in professionally coached basketball sessions (lasting 90    minutes each) where they will learn how to improve the necessary basketball skills to take their game to the next level.   Proper footwork, dribbling and shooting mechanics will be emphasized.  All sessiions break off into age specific groups.  We pay strong attention to detail and emphasize good technique over just  running through drills so that the right patterns are established enough to become second nature.
Our program addresses all of these performance abilities and more by helping develop every basketball player from the ground up. First by improving their overall athleticism IN ADDITION TO focusing on their basketball skills and basketball team strategy.  All to elevate their game and explode towards the hoop or shut down opposing players! Injury and ACL prevention is also a priority in our program.
